"Les Cosmiques" comprises two buildings of controlled size, giving it a timeless charm. Building A comprises 18 apartments from T2 to T4, spread over four levels. The second building, Building B, is divided into 10 apartments from T3 to T4, spread over three levels. The basements of the buildings are reserved for cellars, ski lockers and parking spaces, the latter unenclosed as forbidden by municipal regulations. Each level will be served by an elevator. The apartments will be delivered with fully equipped kitchens, including washing machines. In keeping with the image of the development, the materials offered will be of the highest quality, with a wide choice to choose from. All apartments will benefit from underfloor heating, connected to the individual boiler. For added comfort, a pre-equipped remote heating system will be installed. The ambience will be oriented towards a mountain/contemporary spirit, as we have proposed on several occasions on our previous programs, notably our latest project in Les Houches. The lots shown below correspond to plans that do not comply with accessibility standards. Of course, the building complies with regulations, so you can obtain a PMR-compliant floor plan on request.
